Shipping policy
Shipping prices may differ for different products depending on different variables. We aim to get your delivery to you within a week. Orders placed after 5pm will automatically be scheduled for processing the next working day excluding bank holidays and other recognised national holidays whereby orders will be processed the working day after.
We do not hold responsibility for the state of the packaging or the item affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers between our local carrier and the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any custom fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
If an order has not been received by a customer and the ETA for an order has passed, please follow the process below:
- Contact us here directly.
- We will raise the issue to the logistics department and they will raise a Lost Claim on your behalf.
- An investigation will be conducted if the parcel cannot be found after the Lost Claim has been raised.
- 28 days after the investigation, the logistics department will inform us that your parcel is now 'Lost In-Transit'.
- You may be entitled to a refund after the 28 day period has passed. If we have not contacted you after 28 days, reach out to us and you may be entitled to a refund.
